John Stevick leads our commercial advisory efforts, specializing in acquisitions, valuation, and financial analysis. He holds over ten years of experience in multifamily, office, and mixed use investment, management, and brokerage. John previously served as a development associate for Trammel Crow’s Northern California team and as a financial analyst for Duff & Phelps’ real estate arm.
John was raised in Berkeley, California and graduated from Swarthmore College with a B.A. in Economics.
